All 49th Annual Conference registrants must read the SIA Covid Statement and agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated therein in order to participate in the conference. In order for your registration to be considered complete, you must email an image of your US DHHS/CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card to SIA Headquarters (sia@siahq.org) after submitting your online registration.

Registration opens Tuesday, July 13 at 6 a.m. Eastern Time. The link for online registration will be posted prominently near the top of this page.

PLEASE NOTE: The Wednesday tours that are part of Member Registration and Student Registration are at capacity. Registration rates have been discounted to account for this fact, and you will have the opportunity to sign up for Wednesday Tour waiting lists when you register.

REGISTRATION RATES

Full Conference Registration: $200
Full conference registration includes a full day of tours Wednesday, Thursday presentations, and Thursday luncheon.

Student Registration: $100
Student registration includes a full day of tours Wednesday, Thursday presentations, and Thursday luncheon. A special registration rate of $175 is also available for students who volunteer at the conference.

Student Volunteer Registration: $75
Student registration includes a full day of tours Wednesday, Thursday presentations, and Thursday luncheon. 

Thursday Presentations Only: $200
Includes luncheon.

Please note the SIA had planned to offer a virtual attendance option for the 49th Annual Conference, but the expense of this option presented a financial risk to the organization, and the conference planning team ultimately decided to abandon it.

August 13 is the deadline for early registration. The registration fee increases by $40 after August 13.

Registration closes Wednesday, August 18 at midnight.
